Flat-rate corporate memberships give your company unlimited access for leaders across functions and levels. Pricing is based on employee headcount, not the number of participants — so your directors, managers, and emerging leaders can join without requiring you to track individual licenses. This model keeps things simple, predictable, and scalable as your company grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in a corporate membership?

Corporate membership provides access to all core Collective offerings, including Leadership Forums, discussion threads, Collective Conversations, curated resources, and the member directory. Your Functional Leaders and Emerging Leaders gain a structured space to connect with peers, share best practices, and strengthen their impact.

Insight Videos and Mini-courses (available in early 2026) will be available for an additional fee. Founding Members will receive the videos at no additional charge. 

Leadership Accelerator programs are available on an individual basis and require an application and additional fee for each participant. 

Executive coaching sessions are available on a per-session basis for $150/30m. 

What is Founding Membership?

Founding Membership is a limited opportunity to join the new online community at its launch stage. These members will receive first access as the platform opens and will also receive the Insight Videos and Mini Courses (when released in early 2026) at no additional charge. 

Founding Members lock in special pricing that will never increase. Once our Founding Memberships have been filled, only standard memberships will be available, and will be subject to periodic price increases.

How does pricing work?

Corporate memberships are offered at a flat annual rate based on your company’s employee headcount. Once enrolled, there is not a hard limit on the number of participants. Who in my company should participate?

The membership is designed for leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success. There are distinct peer groups for Functional leaders (VPs, Directors and Senior Managers) and Emerging Leaders (first-time managers and aspiring leaders). 

At this time, there are not dedicated peer groups for Executive Leaders (SVP, C-level) , however these individuals can access all other member benefits (discussion threads, events, webinars, curated resources, member directory).

Can we add or remove participants during the year?

Yes. Corporate membership is flexible and you can adjust who participates as roles shift or new leaders join. Our admin team can help you with these changes.

Do you offer individual memberships?

How is a corporate membership different from buying individual memberships?

Individual memberships work well for single leaders, but corporate membership simplifies access across your organization and provides volume discount. A single invoice covers your entire team, and you avoid the complexity of managing multiple accounts. Shared participation also builds a stronger culture of learning and collaboration across functions.

Do participants need to attend every meeting and event?

No. Members can engage at the level that fits their role and schedule. Some will prioritize monthly peer Forums, while others may participate more through asynchronous discussion threads or Collective Conversations. The online community is designed to be valuable whether a member joins frequently or taps in selectively.

What support do we get as a corporate member?

We provide onboarding for new participants, helping you identify and guide them through the registration progress. Once onboarded, we provide ongoing communication to help your leaders get the most value from the Collective. Our team monitors member engagement levels and will work with you to create a smooth experience from day one.

What if my company has fewer than 25 employees?

Our tiered pricing model takes smaller companies into account. Depending on your anticipated number of participants, a corporate membership may provide the best flexibility and cost benefits. Contact us so that we can learn more about your unique situation and help you determine which option is best for you. 

What happens when it’s time to renew?

We'll contact you a few months before your annual subscription is set to expire. Your annual membership fee will be updated based on your anticipated headcount at the time of renewal. The Collective may also implement a modest price increase to reflect program growth and added value. (Founding Members' annual fee is locked-in permanently).
