Membership Programs

Ed-tech Leadership Collective members have access a robust set of programs that amplify their growth and impact.

From peer groups to coaching, webinars, and curated leadership resources, each experience is designed to help members thrive and lead with confidence.

Leadership Forums

Candid peer discussions that build trust, sharper your approach, and expand your perspective

Role-aligned, facilitated peer groups that meet monthly.

Members discuss challenges they are encountering, share best practices, and learn from each other navigating similar leadership dynamics.

Groups are curated to include ed-tech professionals at a similar level (Emerging Leaders, Functional Leaders) and functional focus (e.g., customer success, product, marketing).

Sessions are facilitated but loosely structured to keep sessions focused, conversational, candid, and actionable.

Discussion Threads

Members benefit from a flexible, asynchronous space to ask questions, share insights, and learn how peers across companies are handling similar challenges.

Members can gain quick feedback, get help re-framing a problem, or contribute their own experience. These focused, topical threads are designed to be lightweight and useful—accessible anytime, and easy to jump in and out as your schedule allows.

Collective Conversations

Big-picture discussions that connect leaders, spark new perspectives, and tackle cross-functional challenges.

Interactive sessions that break silos and solve complex, cross-team issues.

One-hour virtual meetups that bring together leaders from across functions to explore topics and scenarios where cross-departmental collaboration is critically important.

Participants engage in an active group discussion with 15-20 other leaders. Sessions provide a valuable opportunity to step outside your day-to-day and hear how peers in other roles and ed-tech companies are tackling similar issues.

Executive Coaching

Members have access to optional executive coaching at a discounted rate, designed to support individual leadership growth with objective executive perspective and one-on-one guidance tailored to real-time challenges.

Coaching sessions are typically 30 minutes and focus on the member’s specific goals, questions, or decision points.

Ideal for members who want to go deeper on personal leadership development or get perspective on complex, high-stakes situations.

Leadership Accelerators

(Application and Additional Fees Required)

The Leadership Accelerator program is an intensive coaching and professional development program designed to help members hone key executive skills to help them:

  • Identify obstacles and opportunities
  • Strategize a path forward
  • Build a business case that earns executive and peer buy-in

Accelerator Programs bring together role-aligned cohorts of five ed-tech leaders for a structured, year-long experience focused on navigating real-time challenges, strengthening leadership skills, and driving impact in their organizations. Groups are organized for director-level leaders in Marketing, Product, Customer Success, as well as a cross-functional group for leaders at the VP and C-level.

Cohorts meet virtually eight times per year for facilitated discussions that emphasize strategic clarity, cross-functional alignment, organizational influence, and personal wellness. Members hone their decision-making skills, build and discuss business cases for key initiatives, and define success using practical tools like leadership scorecards. Members also receive personalized executive coaching to support their growth and application of key strategies within their company context.

Insight Videos

Actionable lessons from ed-tech leadership to sharpen your expertise and accelerate your growth.

Brief videos providing visibility into key decisions, strategies and best practices from peers.

(Coming early 2026)

This searchable repository of peer insights, grouped by functional area and topics, is like having asynchronous access to your own peer group. These insights can help experienced leaders challenge their thinking or sharpen how they lead, while emerging leaders can gain clarity and confidence in new situations.

Members can also access a series of Mini Courses—self-paced learning tracks consisting of Insight Videos and personal reflections. Designed primarily for Emerging Leaders, the content is focused on boosting confidence in function-specific skills across areas like sales, marketing, customer success, and product, as well as managerial topics like managing up or leading teams. Upon finishing each Mini-course, members receive a certificate of completion.
