FAQ and Terms
- Seats are fixed for a term, beginning on the date of purchase. Corporate Partners and Small Group Subscriptions are for 12-month terms, Individual Memberships can be a 3-month or 12-month term.
- Seats are not transferable between individuals once assigned. However, Corporate Partners have an unlimited number of seats available and can add more participants at no additional cost.
- Small Group Subscription customers can purchase an additional block of seats at any time. That new block runs on its own 12-month term, separate from your original purchase.
- Individual Subscriptions and Small Group Subscriptions will automatically renew. You will receive an email notice several weeks before renewal.
- The Ed-tech Leadership Collective's online community is intended for individuals who work at companies in the K-12 education and ed-tech industry. Consultants and vendors who support ed-tech companies are not an appropriate fit for the community at this time.
