Engage With Your Peers in the Collective's Forums Programs

For many executives, finding a group of fellow executives who share your leadership values and common experiences is difficult. Maintaining an ongoing cadence of thought-provoking discussions is equally challenging. 

The Ed-tech Leadership Collective's Forum programs provide an opportunity for executives and functional leaders to engage with their peers at other K-12 ed-tech companies. These monthly facilitated discussion groups (50m) provide a space for leaders to learn from their peers regarding the challenges of leading within a high-growth organization.

The flexible format enables leaders to attend as their schedule permits. There is no "homework" between meetings and no annual membership commitment. 

Our Executive Forum programs provide a space for seasoned executives at C-level and SVP-level. Groups are organized by functional area:

Our Leadership Forum programs are designed for VP, Directors and Senior Managers who lead major functional teams within their department (or may be the head of the department in a small company).

 

For those seeking a more intensive professional development experience, the Leadership Accelerator programs provide 1-to-1 coaching and ongoing peer group meetings to support leaders' success.
